Thanks to all my online friends for encouraging me to get this done. There will be lots of playing around with the look and format, but hey, at least I got started!
Today will be a typical Sunday - grocery shopping, laundry - you all know the drill. This afternoon, however, will be spent in the garden. Need to get peas, potatoes, lettuce and carrots planted. The Farmers Market in the park on Yampa Ave will start June 12, and I want to have something to sell.
We (the Downtown Business Assoc) will have the Farmers' Market every Thursday 3 to 6pm all summer. There is no charge to set up a table. If you have a garden, think about planting a little extra to sell. The Yoders will be there again with their pies!
We are making plans for some special activities May 10 in celebration of Mothers. We will post this as soon as possible, and send out an email to our customers. Also in the planning stage is a Spring Cleaning sale.
